23.18. Alarm is received by SOS that a driver of a quad bike, with passengers, has crashed and overturned in the area of Rackstad. The driver is classified as seriously injured and is transported by ambulance helicopter. The quad bike is taken into custody for technical examination. 

Driving Under the Influence, Kristinehamn
00.38. Two men on a moped, one in his 55s and one in his 40s, are stopped for inspection in Rönneberg. They are reported for driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics offenses for personal use. 

Assault, Karlstad
04.36. Two men appear at a female complainant and assault her by pressing her against a wall and throwing an object at her. A report is filed regarding assault and unlawful threats. Investigative measures are ongoing.
