Fewer people contact the police regarding what they assess to be a man who has been influenced who is moving around near the Western cemetery. He is supposed to have been in someone's garden and pulled on several car doors. The police arrive at the scene and can quickly locate the identified man. The man in his 30s is taken into custody according to LOB.
