At a sobriety check, the motorcycle driver blows positive and is taken to hospital by ambulance for examination and further testing. The driver is now suspected of gross drunk driving, reckless driving, and unauthorized driving, as he lacked valid driving qualifications. The driver of the car sustained no physical injuries.
