Birsta, the police receive calls about a person car with trailer that stands still in the northbound traffic lane on E4.
The police drive out and find the vehicle. They talk to the driver, a man, who says the car ran out of gas. They can then move the car and trailer so that it does not pose a traffic hazard. It turns out that the trailer is disabled. The driver is fined.
