23.03 Wild accident, Strömsund:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a car and an elk on road 342, Risnäs. No personal injuries are reported. The elk died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to take care of it.
23.14 Wild accident, Berg:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a car and a roe deer on E45, near Rörsjön. No personal injuries are reported. The roe deer died in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out to take care of it.
00.41 Wild accident, Härjedalen:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a car and a roe deer on E45, Överhogdal. No personal injuries are reported. It is unclear what happened to the roe deer and a tracker is called out.
01.32 Assault, Östersund:
Police patrol becomes aware of some kind of disturbance at a restaurant in central Östersund. The patrol talks to the involved parties and sets up a report and a counter-report regarding assault. There are no reports of anyone needing medical care.
03.03 Harassment, Östersund:
Police patrol is dispatched to a fast-food restaurant where people are reportedly behaving badly towards staff and customers. A man on the scene is apprehended according to the Law on the Temporary Custody of Intoxicated Persons. A man is reported to have touched a woman in an unwanted manner. A report is filed regarding sexual harassment.
Other:
A person has, in addition to the above, been apprehended for intoxication and a person has been taken in for testing after suspicion of drug crime.
Police have also conducted checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime.
