In Falun, a person has been taken care of with the support of the LOB, the law on the taking care of an intoxicated person. 
Information was made available to the police patrol by the public informing them that an intoxicated person was lying and sleeping on a park bench in central Falun. 

The patrol that encountered the person on the park bench made a judgment that this person could not take care of themselves, wherefore the taking care of was carried out. The person will be allowed to try again under the supervision of staff.
