Police patrol is dispatched to an address in Ludvika due to a man walking around and hitting others' balconies.
When the police patrol comes into contact with the man, he becomes heavily aggressive, and the police patrol is forced to use an ECV stun gun and handcuff the man to gain control over him. The man is noticeably intoxicated and a decision is made to take him into custody in accordance with the Law on the Care and Treatment of Intoxicated Persons.
