Reports are coming in that a leashed dog in Jukkasjärvi has been bitten by loose dogs.

The police are starting work to find the owner of the loose dogs. It is reported that the owner is away and that the dogs are being taken care of by a dog sitter.

The bitten dog is said not to have suffered serious injuries, it is supposed to be minor injuries. The person who walked with the leashed dog did not suffer any physical injuries according to available information.

The incident is being investigated as vandalism and a report is to be drawn up. The County Administrative Board will also be informed.
