During the day, a man with unusual behavior is observed near a parked bicycle in central Karlskoga. After a while, the man takes the bicycle and leaves the scene. 
Police patrol is ordered on the matter and the man can be located after about thirty minutes and a check is performed. The bicycle that the man has in his possession is deemed to be stolen, therefore it is seized to investigate the ownership relationship. Suspect is a man in his 45s, classification in the report that is established applies theft.
