Under the day, the police have controlled the traffic in the county. Here follows a selection of results from the controls:

07:57 E12 Ersboda, Umeå: Approximately 40 drivers were checked and all were sober. A fine for using snow chains was issued.

08:28 County Road 512 Röbäck, Umeå: A fine was issued to the driver who used a mobile phone during the journey.

09:23 County Road 365 Bratten, Lycksele: 15 drivers were asked to blow into the breathalyzer and they were sober. Three fines were issued for speeding offenses.

09:24 Strombergs Road, Berghem, Umeå: Two fines were issued for speeding offenses.

09:46 Vilhelminavägen, Lycksele: 26 drivers were asked to blow into the breathalyzer and they were sober. 

10:22 County Road 503 in the 20-area, Umeå: Fines were issued to the driver who drove 78 kilometers per hour on the 70-kilometer stretch.
