16:23 Police were alerted to a grocery store on Västra Järnvägsgatan in Sävsjö due to a theft. A customer in the store is said to have taken goods from the store and when staff tried to prevent this, the customer is said to have hit staff in the face and then left the premises.

16:51 Police patrol on site.

17:56 A report of robbery in the case of self-defence will be written. At present, no one has been arrested or suspected in the matter. No person required ambulance care due to this incident.
