The suspected woman ties up the dog and waits for a police patrol in the company of the injured party.

A report is drawn up on causing bodily harm and a breach of the law on supervision of dogs and cats.

A report will also be sent to the County Administrative Board.

The man needs medical care and is given a ride by the patrol to the hospital.
