Police are alerted that a man is assaulting another man on Östgötagatan. Before the police arrive, the perpetrator manages to leave the scene, but the victim remains.

A few minutes later, a patrol finds the suspected perpetrator in the vicinity. After hearing the parties, the incident is classified as harassment and illegal threats.

The suspected perpetrator is in his 35s and is taken away by the police to another location.

The victim is a man in his 50s.
