May 19 11.03, Narcotics Offense, Södertälje

A man is staying near a car on a parking lot in central Södertälje where there are many children. Passersby note that the man is behaving deviantly and contact the police. 
When the man is checked by the police, suspected narcotics are found in his car and he is suspected of narcotics crime (possession and own use) and taken for a body search. Furthermore, the car is seized by the Enforcement Agency as he has debts.
