Several calls are received and describe smoke development from one of the building's balconies. The police are on the scene to assist the Rescue Service. It is currently unclear if anyone is still in the current residence or if anyone is injured.

Police have now left. No further information on personal injuries. A report is being drawn up regarding general reckless endangerment. No one is currently suspected of anything.
