Here follow a selection of the night's events:

00.49 Traffic Offence, Kiruna:
Driver in central Kiruna receives a fine for driving on a pedestrian path and for causing unnecessary noise with a motor vehicle.

01.01 Traffic Offence, Kiruna:
Driver in central Kiruna receives a fine for driving on a pedestrian street.

01.21 Disturbing Behaviour, Gällivare:
A-tractor driver in central Gällivare receives a fine for playing loud and disturbing music.

01.28 Assault, Luleå:
Police patrol is ordered to the Inner City where there was a fight/assault outside a restaurant. A man is suspected of assaulting two others. He is apprehended according to the Law on the Temporary Confiscation of Intoxicated Persons. A report is filed regarding assault.

02.15 Traffic Offence, Kiruna:
A-tractor driver in central Kiruna receives a fine for using fog lights in combination with low beams.

02.16 Assault, Luleå:
Police patrol is ordered to a restaurant in the Inner City where a man is reported to have been beaten up on the dance floor. The man is given a ride by the patrol to medical care. A report is filed regarding assault. There is no suspect in the case.

02.24 Drunk Driving, Boden:
A man in Boden is suspected of driving drunk and is to follow along for a blood test. A report is filed regarding drunk driving or aggravated drunk driving.

03.34 Traffic Check, Luleå:
Eight drivers on Robertsviksgatan in the Inner City are asked to blow into the police's sorting instrument. All are sober.

03.39 Assault, Boden:
Police patrol is ordered to central Boden where a man is reported to have assaulted another man. The suspected man has left the scene. The injured man did not need to be taken to medical care. A report is filed regarding assault.

05.04 Luleå:
Police patrol is ordered to the Inner City where it is reported that loud music is being played from a vehicle. The people/vehicles are turned away from the scene.

Other:
Five people, in addition to the above, have been apprehended between 00.00 and 07.00 for intoxication. One of these is suspected of violent resistance. One person has been taken in for a blood test after suspicion of narcotics offence.

Police have also performed a number of checks on people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of a crime.
