In connection with a police patrol stopping a car on E4 at Lilla Essingen for a check on the driver, suspicion of drunk driving arose.
The driver was allowed to accompany the police patrol for sampling and further investigation. He is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics offenses.
