One person taken into custody for drunkenness.
During the afternoon, the police were contacted regarding a drunk man in central Luleå. The man is said to have been lying in a dike.
The police go there and take care of the man according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. The man is in his 55-year age range.
