Police regional command center has handled around 40 cases related to Östergötland County between 22:00-07:00.

Accident at train tracks
Just before midnight, SOS is alerted to an accident that occurred in Malmslätt where a work vehicle somehow collided with a passing commuter train. Three people are reported to have sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. In connection with the work at the scene, a train stop was initiated, which could be lifted around 01:00. The police have since filed a report on a workplace accident with no suspicion of crime. 

In addition, the police have handled cases such as wildlife accidents, disturbances, and conducted routine checks on their own initiative or following reports from the public.
