Fire in Vetlanda municipality
Around midnight, a SOS alarm is received about a fire in a building in Näshult. According to early reports, it is a warehouse that is burning with high flames. No one is reported to have been injured in connection with the fire, but the police are investigating a suspected arson case due to the risk of spreading at the scene. An interview has been conducted at the scene and a cordon has been set up. At present, there is no suspected person.  

Severe disturbance of peace in Vetlanda
Around 03:30, the police are alerted about a person who is ringing the doorbell and frequently banking on someone's door in Vetlanda municipality. The person is then said to have broken a window and jumped into the house. When the police arrive at the scene, the man can be secured and handcuffed. A report is filed for severe disturbance of peace and vandalism. The man is arrested. The police have conducted an interview and inspected the house in question. No one has been injured in connection with the incident. 

Traffic accident outside Värnamo
At 07:00, an alarm is received about a single-vehicle accident that occurred on a country road in Hånger, Värnamo municipality. It involves a car that is said to have gone off the road and crashed into a tree. The person involved is not reported to have suffered serious injury, but has been taken to hospital by ambulance. 

In addition to this, the police have handled and conducted routine checks on their own initiative or following alarms from the public.
