The man was threatening towards his ex-girlfriend and wanted to get in to her. He was not let in and then he broke a window and took himself into the apartment.

The ex-girlfriend left the apartment and got help from friends. The police arrived at the scene and filed a report on what had happened.

A decision was made to have the man brought in for questioning and that is what happened in the morning hours.
