The patrol has been on site at a workplace in central Arvika due to a man in his 65s falling off a ladder and sustaining pain in his hip and arms. Investigative measures such as photo documentation and interviews with witnesses have been held on the site. 
A complaint will be drawn up to investigate whether anyone has failed in their workplace safety responsibility.
