The police are investigating a suspected dangerous object at a restaurant premises on Södermalm in Stockholm.

Parts of Folkungagatan have been closed off for the police to be able to carry out investigative measures on the spot.

No person is injured.

The object will be examined by the police's national bomb protection.

A preliminary investigation into attempted mass destructive damage has been initiated.
