Police have received two reports from Askersund in the morning of Friday, the two reports concern thefts from vehicles and that one of them was also seized.

One of the vehicles is owned by a company, this vehicle has been moved from the place where it was parked but was found later in the area, the action is classified as seizure of means of transportation. The vehicle has also been searched and it has been stolen, among other things tools from the vehicle, classification theft.

The second complainant reports that his car, where it was parked, had its doors open, the car was also searched. It is unclear what may have been stolen. The offense is classified as theft.

The crimes have occurred in close proximity to each other.
Police have been on the scene for securing evidence, investigations are ongoing.
