Under the morning, the police are contacted regarding a man who is affected and is walking around and knocking on doors in a residential area in Härnösand. The man is also said to have walked around and screamed on the street before he finally is said to have smashed a window to a residence. He then left the scene.

The police have been on the scene for questioning and crime scene investigation. A report of attempted serious disturbance of peace is drawn up. There is no suspect in the case.
