Few police patrols were dispatched to the address after a report of a man in his 45-year-old, by means of strangulation, preventing a sleeping woman's breathing. The man then left the scene. He was later found by the police at his residence and arrested, suspected of attempted murder. The crime scene has been cordoned off for technical investigation.

The woman is shocked and upset after the incident and has been taken to the hospital for a check-up. The victim and perpetrator had a relationship in the past.
