A car driver has swerved over the road and it turns out that he looked at his mobile phone at the same time as he was driving. The car also has a driving ban.
The driver is stopped at Gärdet where he is checked by the police. The man is not drunk but the driving is deficient due to the fact that he looked at his mobile phone simultaneously with driving the car.
The man is fined for using his mobile phone while driving and for driving a car with a driving ban.
