Under the late afternoon, the police are contacted by relatives of a man in his 80s who has been missing since lunchtime on Friday. The man is said to have disappeared from an address in the countryside just south of Eskilstuna city.

The police are working with several units in the matter around the green area of Bälgviken where they are now searching for the man. A search operation according to the law on protection against accidents. They are using, among other things, both helicopters and dog patrols as well as terrain to find the missing man. They are also continuously working with information gathering about the prevailing circumstances surrounding the disappearance in order to more easily adapt their search methods.

- Grey hair - Approximately 175 centimeters tall - Possibly dressed for hunting (Hunting trousers, warning jacket) - Boots or shoes - Backpack
