The police regional command center has handled between 22.00-07.00 a number of 40 cases related to Södermanland County.

05:30 – Unlawful threats, Eskilstuna
Police are contacted about someone breaking windows and entering a dwelling. This is said to have occurred in the southern parts of Eskilstuna. Several masked people are said to have entered a dwelling and threatened a woman who was inside. Police arrive a few minutes after the alarm was received. At that time, the perpetrators are said to have already run away. Contact is made with the woman, who is not said to have suffered physical harm. The dwelling is cordoned off for further investigation. Police will now hold several interrogations regarding the incident. They will also conduct door-to-door checks in the area. There is as yet no suspect in the case. The whole thing is classified as aggravated unlawful threats and aggravated home invasion. 

Aside from this, the police have, among other things, made other routine checks on their own initiative or after a report from the public.
