Police receive calls from a bystander who witnessed a person breaking a windowpane on a building on Kungsgatan in central Uppsala. After this, the person is said to have climbed in through the broken window.

A number of police patrols are ordered to the scene and begin searching for the suspected perpetrator.

The premises, which belong to a company, are searched, including with the help of a dog. However, no suspected person is found.

A report on theft through burglary, or unauthorized entry, will be filed.
