County Road 583, a driver is alleged to have driven off the road and into a ploughed field.
When the police arrive at the scene, no one is left there. The owner is contacted, and then suspicion arises that the car has been stolen.
The police search for the driver/ perpetrator, but no one is found. A number of investigative measures are carried out and a report is filed regarding the seizure of towing equipment.
