Emergency alarm reports that a driver has run over a pedestrian and then left the scene.

The police have located the driver, an 80-year-old man, and he is currently suspected of fleeing the traffic accident scene and reckless driving.

The person struck, a girl in her younger teenage years, was taken to the hospital by ambulance with at least one arm injured.

Upcoming investigation will show what happened.
