Bus ticket controllers on a bus contact the police due to a passenger not paying for a ticket and the man possessing a sharp object. The man was initially a bit unstable but was secured by security guards. 

The police patrol that arrived at the scene also perceived the man, who is in his mid-30s, as being under the influence of narcotics.
A decision to take a sample was obtained and the analysis will determine if the man had any illicit substances in his body.

An investigation has been initiated with classifications of minor fraud, knife law offense, threat against a public official, and narcotics offense for personal use
