The driver, a man, should not have been offered a return journey to the extent he is entitled to. Rules regarding sleep and weekly rest should not have been followed either. The driver's employer is ordered to pay a fine of 140,000 kr in sanctions. After the fine has been paid, the truck can continue driving.
