Police stop and inspect a car outside Umeå. The driver, a man in his mid-30s, is suspected of being impaired by drugs and a blood test is performed. The result will show if a crime has been committed. A report will be filed regarding suspected drunk driving and minor drug use for personal consumption as well as a crime against the knife law.
