A rider of an electric scooter has been lightly injured in connection with her swerving to avoid a car.
The woman who is in her twenties rode an electric scooter and met a car at an intersection. The woman was at that time liable to give way to the car, which did not happen. The woman was fined for not observing the obligation to give way.
