Staff at a library in Västerås trigger an alarm due to a person who is expected to be rowdy.

A number of police patrols are dispatched to the address. When the police arrive at the scene, the person, a man in his mid-twenties, is still present.

No crime can be established, but the man is removed from the scene.

The police also have a conversation with the staff on site about how the alarm should be used.
