Several police patrols are ordered to a pharmacy in Västerås where the staff has pressed the alarm button.

When the police make contact with the staff, it turns out that a customer has behaved badly towards the staff.

After talking to both the staff and the customer in question, the police were able to determine that no crime had been committed and the police could therefore leave the scene. No report was made.

The customer was turned away from the scene.
