A witness reports that she was hit by a car while driving on a smaller road. The car that hit her drives away and the witness follows. According to initial reports, there are five young people in the car that hit her. They stop and run away from the car. When the police arrive at the scene, some young people under 18 years old who may be involved in the incident can be identified using a dog tracking and witness statements. The report is written off as hit-and-run and unauthorized driving. No one has been charged with suspicion at this time.
