After a check in the area, a man in his 20s is found to have been a passenger in the relevant vehicle.

A short time later, another person is found, a man in his 25s, who turns out to have been the driver. He is suspected of unauthorized departure from a traffic accident site, driving under the influence, and gross negligence in traffic.

The passenger is also suspected of a crime as the patrol found a small amount of narcotics during the check.
