Loud noise comes in via SOS from a residence for individuals with substance abuse problems. Staff press the panic alarm. According to initial reports, one member of staff has been attacked by a person with some kind of weapon. Several police patrols are alerted to the scene and can quickly secure the violent man, who is 40 years old. Even an ambulance is alerted to the scene. The victim is 50 years old and is reported to have a head injury and bleeding from the temple.
