Witness contacts police regarding a suspected assault, there are no reports of shelter. The incident unfolds outdoors in a residential area in the northern parts of Falun.

Several patrols are dispatched on the matter, a perpetrator can quickly be localized after the patrol arrives in the area. To gain control of the man, the patrol uses ECV electric stun gun, subsequently the man is handcuffed as he is in his 30s.
