A police patrol took the man in for testing after stopping a car journey with a personal vehicle in the eastern parts of Karlskoga. The man showed signs of being under the influence of drugs. Furthermore, the man lacks the authorization to operate a personal vehicle, which is why he is also suspected of gross unauthorized driving.
