23:24 – Fraud, Eskilstuna
A woman contacts the police after she and her husband claim to have been cheated out of money. The whole thing is supposed to have started with the woman being contacted via a text message stating that she had made a purchase of a mobile phone, which she had not done. She is supposed to have then called the sender and spoken to someone who likely claimed to work for some kind of lock service. Through this conversation, the couple both identified themselves via bank ID. A little later, they notice that around 100,000 kronor is missing from their bank accounts. The police have been at the couple's home for questioning and then filed a report on suspected aggravated fraud. 

00:15 – Theft, Eskilstuna
The police patrol decides to perform a check on a vehicle that is driving around in Folkesta at night. In connection with the initiation of the stop, a car door in the relevant vehicle is supposed to have been thrown open, and someone is then supposed to have run away from the scene. They find hoses, drums, and a diesel tank in the vehicle's cargo compartment. After a search with a dog, the person who ran away from the scene is found in a wooded area not far from there. In total, the two men who are supposed to have traveled in the vehicle are. They are both arrested during the night suspected of theft. The men are in their 50s and 30s respectively. 

Aside from this, the police have also made other routine checks on their own initiative or after a report from the public.
