Police patrol was ordered to an address outdoors in Borlänge in the morning, the reason being that a man was carrying an object that could be used as a criminal tool. The object was blunt and had not been used against a person at the time of the report.

A man in his sixties was located at the scene, the man had an object that falls under the knife law and he was on a public place. A seizure was carried out. 
In connection with the control, the man also showed signs of being affected by narcotics. A decision was made that the man would undergo a body search, analysis will show if suspicion remains.
