7:00 PM Traffic accident on provincial road 127, Nydala northeast of Värnamo.

Two cars have collided head-on at high speed on provincial road 127. Three people are affected, all are out of their vehicles and are being taken care of by ambulance personnel. The initial reports indicate that it is not a life-threatening injury.

Police, ambulance, and rescue services are working at the scene and there is very limited access.

7:56 PM There is a complete stop in traffic at the accident site. The accident is believed to have been caused by the one car swerving to avoid an elk and then colliding with an oncoming car.
