At lunchtime on Monday, the police were alerted about a snowmobile accident in Västerhållan, Hede, Härjedalens municipality. One person is said to have been injured in connection with the accident.

The on-duty commander at the Nord police region made a decision to initiate rescue services in accordance with the Act on Protection against Accidents. A helicopter ambulance has taken the injured person. Mountain rescuers have been on site to document the accident site.
