During the afternoon, the police are contacted regarding a very intoxicated man on Bergnäset in Luleå.

The man is said to have lain covered by a tire at a bicycle but then walked away from the scene. The police drive there and find him. He is taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. He is suspected of narcotics possession.
