The police have established a report of drug driving after stopping a vehicle for inspection.
A patrol stops a vehicle for inspection and suspicions arise that the driver is under the influence of narcotics.
The driver, a 35-year-old man, is to accompany for blood sampling and an analysis will show if he has had anything illegal in his body.
