A patrol stops and checks a private car and upon checking the driver, a 25-year-old man, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.

The man is allowed to leave for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offenses through personal use.
